Refund policy

At Mierelle, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging if possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our support team first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. Our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
